Wouldn’t it be great if you could tap into your inner knowing to determine the best foods for your body? The type of foods that allow you to perform at your best?

Actually, you can. The best way to do this is with muscle testing. I’ve been muscle testing my foods for decades and teach my clients how to muscle test food before they consume anything. The results are nothing short of miraculous.

Foods you may not know are causing you discomfort, even harm, are revealed through muscle testing.

Keep in mind, what is incompatible for one person may be a very compatible food for someone else.

In my book, The Food Codes, I give a lot of detail on how to muscle test so you always consume the best foods for your body.

Various Methods

There are many ways to muscle test such as with your arm extended, using your fingers or doing what is referred to as The Sway Method.

Before I share what the sway method is, let’s look at why muscle testing is so valuable.

Most people operate from their conscious mind. Their thinking often runs their day. Not that thinking is bad, but if we operate from the shoulders up and never drop into our intuition, we are likely to miss important messages our subconscious mind is attempting to tell us.

We are made up of energy; pure energy. Energy that runs through the muscles of our body. If something is not good for us, we can literally short circuit ourselves leaving us vulnerable to illnesses, weakness, tired and unable to focus.

When our circuits are running optimally, we perform better throughout the day. In addition, we tend to be in a much better state of mind.

Muscle testing is one way to tap into the flow of energy and keep our circuits running at their best. Some things that impact your system are emotions and foods.

The Sway Method

This is the best one to start with because it’s simple and the results are very clear. Practice it at home until you feel confident. I love the sway test because almost anyone can do it immediately.

Many professionals use this as their primary testing method. Stand comfortably straight yet relaxed. It is normal for your body to move a little while you are standing. Your eyes can be
open or closed but keep them open if it helps you keep your balance. It can also be done while sitting in a chair. Sit forward on the chair so you have room to sway.

Your inner knower naturally leans toward positivity and is drawn to the truth. Negativity and lies are quite the opposite; you steer away from negativity and push backward from a lie. This is the biofeedback reaction.

Put it to the Test

1.Pick a loving thought. Imagine a newbo
baby; a soft, cuddly puppy; or a warm, sweet kiss. Embrace that thought. Sink into it. Feel how yummy it is.
2.Your body sways forward.
3.This is your body saying yes.

Now switch your thinking:

1. Bring in a negative thought – something disgusting or sad. Hold that thought. Sink deeper as the thought gets
stronger.
2. Your body sways backward.
3. This is your body saying no.

Sway Test Your Foods

Once you have an idea of how simple this is, try it on foods in your refrigerator and pantry. You will likely be amazed at what is revealed.

After you’ve done this a few times at home, you can discretely do this while grocery shopping. No one is the wiser while you stand in front of various foods to test their compatibility to your system.
