I’m often asked, “How do you do it -All?” Now, I do have a full private mentor client load, lead high-level masterminds & group coaching programs, write a newsletter weekly, attend many events, give teleseminars, present speaking engagements and even more behind the scenes. And, yes, while I do have a great support team (thanks gals!), there is a lot that is hands-on-by-me and it’s the systems I have in place that allow me to get “it” all done and create new opportunities all the time. All without feeling overwhelmed (I don’t know about you, but I really HATE that feeling). There are dozens of time-management techniques out there. But here are 5 of my top fave straight from my personal bookmarks that save me tons of time and energy – on a regular basis. Yes, I’m giving them to you right now! All are free or very small fee and totally awesome practical productivity tools you can put into action right now – starting today to see improvements in your productivity to powerfully move through the year. 1. Shorten Those URLs Be sure your e-zine readers, clients and e-mail recipients can easily get an URL that you are sending to them. Remember some of those URLs are really, really long! You’ll save lots of space shortening the URL and your client can still read it as they click to open it. This tip is also great for posting links at your Facebook page, Twitter or other favorite social networking sites. My top pick: http://tinyurl.com/create.php 2. Format Your Text With this tip, you’ll keep e-mail text nice and tight in even, easy-to-read rows. In my shopping cart system, I can’t send out text that is longer than 60 characters – the system doesn’t send it properly. Aligning that message means it goes through and clients can read what I am sending easily and effectively. My top pick: http://www.entrepreneurs-journey.com/format-text/ 3. Track Your Ranking If you’ve heard people say that the ‘net is like a popularity contest sometimes’ – they’re right! You want to know if people are visiting your website. Check your visitor ranking quickly by dropping by Alexa: My top pick: http://www.alexa.com 4. Craft Powerful Headlines for Your Sales Copy I confess: this is one of my favorite tips to share with you! Writing a powerful headline for your sales copy is a real gem. I’ll admit sometimes it’s not a time-saver because you can get a bit obsessed with using this awesome tool. But having the perfect headline for your sales copy has been proven to be successful for getting you great results time and time again. My top pick: http://www.aminstitute.com/headline/ 5. Send Big Files Easily This is a tool I use weekly to send big files to my team. Whether photos, audios, large documents – anything too big for e-mail sent through this tool is now easy-breezy! My top pick: www.yousendit.com These are just a few of my favorite productivity tools. Hey, what are yours? I’d love to hear about your favorites – URLs or any other of your favorite productivity tips. Send them my way, ok? And I’ll be sure you get a future EnergyRICH® Ezine mention.
