I have never been a big fan of diet plans. Although I was fat since birth, I have never really given any serious thought about losing some weight not because I am too lazy to exercise or because I love eating or I sleep too much – that’s not it. I just got used to the fact that my physical features will be like this forever and that diet plans, I believe, are just plain impossible to maintain.
However, these apathetic thoughts were changed when I met this guy. I first saw him when I was still in college and we met once again when I worked at the same company as he was. And you know what the first thing he told me when we talked? “Wow, you have never changed! You’re still big!” I was hurt and disappointed – ever since that fateful day, I promised myself to be sexy so that by the time we meet again, he’s going to drool over me.
So that was the beginning – I started browsing for websites that offer fast weight loss programs, looked for tips on doing an all-natural weight loss, even searched on how to effectively do a healthy weight loss, but all those work were no use – I haven’t lost weight and I felt more miserable.

Anna told me about this very effective diet plan that she was hooked on. She mentioned about Tim Ferriss’ book about a 4 Hour Body diet plan that involves drinking pAGG supplements and that 4 HB helped her maintain her weight and that she had never found anything like this before. Since she was my cousin, I believed her and started to read it.
I was amused at first with the way Tim Ferriss placed methods on how to have a healthy weight loss. I was skeptic at first but thought that I could just have a pAGG stack for a while and try it out – if it doesn’t work, then I’m going to give up.
So I bought pAGG supplements from http://paggfatloss.com and read about the recommended pAGG intakes from Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Body book:
• AGG Supplements (before meals) - Alpha Lipoic Acid, aged Garlic Extract, Green Tea Flavanol
• PAG Supplements (before bedtime) - Policosanol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, aged Garlic Extract
I made sure that I followed all the things mentioned in his 4 HB book even the part of not drinking the Green Tea Flavanol before going to bed because eventhough decaffeinated, drinking it would still be equivalent to having 5 cups of coffee which can cause insomnia. By the way, AGG supplements have 98.1% Green Tea Flavanol!
So now here I am enjoying my beautiful body – losing 20 pounds from almost 2 months of having the pAGG supplements and enjoying every experience of it! I felt great about myself and now I am on my way to losing 17.2% of my body fat. Doesn’t it sound great?
I know that a there are a lot of raised eyebrows with this diet plan but why don’t you try it yourself and feel the difference? Maybe you can read Tim Ferriss’ 4 Hour Body book and be inspired! As for that guy that I have mentioned earlier, I haven’t seen him yet but I am pretty sure that when we bump into each other, he would not recognize me and oh I just can’t wait his expression once he gets to see me again! This is one journey I can never forget and I will always be thankful to Tim Ferriss for introducing this new lifestyle to me and to all those who have tried and succeeded.
