Gout (gouty arthritis) is a complex form of arthritis that causes seizures and sudden severe pain, redness and tenderness in joints, caused by crystallized uric acid concentrated around the affected joint. The most common joint affected is the big toe (called gout gout), however, gout can affect the ankle, instep, heel, knee, spine, elbows, wrists, fingers and, in severe cases, gout can deform the affected joint. An acute attack of gout provide a feeling of burning pain in the affected joint, leaving the joint hot, swollen and very sensitive to any kind of contact.

Eggs and dairy products like milk, cheese, iorgurte and the like are high in protein and vegetables such as buckwheat, quinoa, peanuts, almonds, chestnuts, walnuts and flax seeds, sunflower and pumpkin.
