It is better to use plastic pipe or sponge (not heated) during the night or sleeping with moist braids anyway if you prefer to use the heat, it is suggested that you use a hand dryer in the down position to avoid pulling or stretching the hair while drying.

8. Protect your hair from the elements . Because both the wind and the sun can damage your hair, you should wear a hat, in light wind days of summer, as in the days of winter ice flows.

9. Do not swim without covering their head. Another element dry and damaged hair is chlorine. So you should always put a cap rubber swim and if you want extra protection, you can, before putting the cap, rub the hair a little olive oil.

10. Do not brush too. Because the dry hair is so fragile, brushing too much can damage it causing it to fall. For this reason, we suggest brushing gently and never do it when hair is wet.
