It is only natural for a woman to want to get pregnant. Especially when she has been married for a few years and she can feel her biological clock ticking away. Unfortunately many women have a difficult time trying to conceive for one reason or another. Do you want to know how to get pregnant fast? Rather than turning to expensive drugs and procedures you should try the natural techniques that could give you that needed push your body needs.
Getting Off Birth Control
Birth control is one of the biggest and most popular drugs for a woman to use starting at the age of 16 and 17. This is what prevents them from getting pregnant before they are ready. It is also something that can hinder you when you are finally ready to conceive. I have seen a few cases in which a woman has tried to conceive after getting off her routine birth control.
The problem that they had is the drug was still in their system a few months after they had gotten off. Do not be discouraged if it takes you a year (from when you stopped the birth control) before you finally conceive. Your body's hormones and ovulation cycles need the necessary time to get back to normal.
Know When You Ovulate
Ovulation is a natural thing for a woman and it happens once a month. What most women do not know is that this is when they are the most fertile. That means that you need to be aware of when you ovulate during the month. The easiest way that you can do this is to buy a special home testing kit that will let you know.
It is best to have sex with your spouse between twelve to twenty-four hours after you have started to ovulate. This is when the egg is most fertile and you will have a strong chance of getting pregnant.
Before And After Tips
Did you know that the position you are in during intercourse can help your chances when it comes to learning how to pregnant fast? That is right! The best position to be in when you are doing the 'dirty' is on your back with a pillow under your pelvis. It sounds odd - but this can help to direct the sperm where it needs to go. Once you have completed the deed you should lie down (still propped up) for a few minutes. This will have the same effect.
Stop The Stress
I understand that having a baby is important to you and you want to make sure that you are still young when it happens. However, this is not the time to be stressing out. Stress causes a lot of unseen damage to our bodies and this is only going to increase your fertility problems. You need to learn relaxation techniques and understand that you will get pregnant at the right time. The less you worry the stronger your body will be and the easier it will be for you to get pregnant.
