The secret to losing belly fat is to live an active life. All these farmers and people from the past did was to move around very often, walked to get to places instead of being chauffeured in cars. They ate natural foods and did not consume processed or canned foods.

Find more time to play with your family members. Try rope jumping, chasing, or going on a cycling outing with your family! You can perform domestic chores like sweeping, mopping and washing clothes to the rhythm of your favorite music. Walk or cycle along with your kids to the grocery store to make your weekly purchases.

Be closer once again with nature; take natural foods, vegetables and fruits. Season them with only light salts and spices, lime or lemon. Most importantly, drink a lot of plain water and other healthy and cleansing beverages like green tea. You may take the tasty fried and fatty foods once in a while, but always remember to take everything in moderation if you want the best for your health and the way your body looks.
