In other words, if you're going to lose weight and keep it off, you have to get control of your mind so that you can have enough motivation and willpower follow a weight loss plan. Motivation and willpower requires more than just deciding to lose weight. This is what you need to be able to resist the temptation to pull you off course and interfere with her through whatever weight loss program you choose to do so. Unfortunately, most people lack the innate ability to effectively avoid the temptation and it's too easy for many people who are trying to lose weight so quickly lose momentum and stray from your weight loss plans. As the work of the mind is so critical that one of them might actually stay in a weight loss program, I suggest working with one or more mental conditioning / motivation technologies prior to starting any diet and exercise program. Preparation of the mind in advance is much more able to resist temptation and stay motivated enough to stick to the plan.
