Making the Environment Future Proof: rnIn our endeavour to achieve water sustenance, Nayara Energy’s work in water resource management involved repair and construction of water harvesting structures. rnLast quarter, we built 44 of these water harvesting structures which have helped create additional water recharge capacity of about 500 Million litres and positively impacted 150 hectares of land across 7 villages. Making the Society Future Proof:rnWith Socio-Economic upliftment campaigns, Nayara Energy is determined to provide Education, Hygiene & Sanitation, and Medical Facilities to the rural areas of Gujrat.rnWith campaigns such as Gramsamruddhi, aimed at the upliftment of the communities that includes 15 villages in Devbhumi Dwarka district, Nayara Energy has been successful in providing desired solutions to the villager’s everyday necessities, which included Water & Soil Conservation, Agriculture & Animal Husbandry.rnNayara Energy’s stitching centre in Vadinar has now transformed into a full-fledged garment manufacturing enterprise, thus boosting women empowerment in the region. rnNayara Energy’s Community Health Project provides primary healthcare services, pathological facilities and emergency response system ensures doorstep facilities to more than 50,000 patients across 15 villagesrnNayara Energy is implementing a comprehensive project on solid waste collection and disposal in 5 of the 15 villages in Devbhumi Dwarka district. Besides regular cleaning in those villages, other activities like behaviour change communication and awareness drives are also being carried out. More than 24,000 people now have a significantly cleaner surroundings. Making Education Future Proof:rnWith Educational Development & Leadership development programs such as Acumen India Fellows Program, Gramshiksha, Soft-skill lab at ITI, Nayara Energy is determined to provide education and knowledge to the under-privileged children and help them become skilled so that their life does not become stagnant.rnOur vision is to develop a community of emerging leaders who can make positive transformations in society, thereby creating a more inclusive world.
