New Beginnings are here and now whether we are in the Spring season, a new season in our life, or simply focused on living in the moment on our spiritual path.
Everyday is a new day, a new opportunity to begin again. Let go of yesterday, the past, as you embrace new beginnings today.
All we have is this moment and our breath. The breath is life, the life of spirit within us ever calling out for new beginnings. Ah, breathe, relax and be in the moment.

Go Forward to a New Life
Go forward to a new life is an invitation to create heaven on earth. Are you up for the opportunity? Or is it a challenge for you to let go of the past and the pain? Ask yourself these questions and let the answer be revealed to you. We all know truth which resonates within us.
In order to go forward to a new life you need to have healthy self care and self love. It is not only important, it is essential to care and to love yourself. Then you have the ability to move forward in divine creating the life you want and deserve.
Use affirmations which are positive statements of truth to help you go forward to a new life. Some examples are:
"It is safe for me to create a new beginning."
"The Universe supports me in creating a new life of joy, peace, harmony, abundance, creativity and perfect health."
We are loved, supported and guided by Spirit to live our life to the fullest. Our birthright is to be joyful, prosperous and to Divinely co-create each day. The key is to leave the past behind and to open to new beginnings as we seize the day.

Meditation Classes
Maureen teaches meditation classes using simple guided imagery and channels spiritual guidance for the group, which is uplifting. Each person is able to ask a personal question at the end of the meditation and receive specific spiritual guidance for their life journey. The energy during the meditation is very loving, compassionate and nurturing which is healing in itself.
Intuitive Readings & Spiritual Guidance
Intuitive Readings are based on the client's questions about relationships, career issues, emotional issues, health issues, attitudes and beliefs, loved ones who have passed on and more. Maureen goes into a meditative state where she accesses specific guidance in answer to the questions being asked. The channeled information she receives during and intuitive reading is spiritual, yet very practical. After a reading with Maureen, individuals feel more relaxed, reassured and more positive about their lives.
Reiki Training & Reiki Healing
In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
