New Recruitment through CWE

Changes are important in every field. Changes signify movement, mostly a progressive one. One such change was majorly required in the recruitment methods of the banking sector. IBPS decided to bring a change to these old age methods and replace them with a more viable solution. Thus, after many discussions and debates, the CWE was introduced. Common Written Exam is a common exam for large scale recruitment. It has the facility to recruit directly for 19 public sector banks involved. This would save time and money, during vacancy in any of these banks. Also, CWE aims at giving equal opportunity to a larger number of people, who lost their chance earlier due to lack of seats. Much talent was wasted earlier, as the candidates did not get the proper opportunity, which is provided to them today by CWE.rnIt is very important to work towards improvement. Banking sector is prospering since the past few years. It is growing and extending at a fast pace. Also, IBPS is one of ite largest recruiters and much known for its commendable work. However, it works for the people and aims at making things less complicated for them. It had been noticing the problems faced by both candidates and banks during recruitment. Due to lack of time, the banks had to conduct the exams and recruit candidates in a haste. This often lead to low quality recruitment and also disappointed the skillful candidates, who thought they deserved a better chance. In such circumstance, no one could be blamed, as it was entirely based on lack of opportunity. After studying the problems for a long time, IBPS introduced the CWE. It aimed at solving all the recruitment related problems due to its large scale recruitment. Thereby, satsifying both the extreme ends; the bank and the candidates. CWE would ensure best quality recruitment and the banks would get ample amount of time during a vacancy to choose the best candidate. The candidates would also get a fair chance and get equal opportunity. The exam will be conducted all over India in 2011 and would recruit candidates for the post of bank po and other clerical posts. rnThus, IBPS has introduced the CWE which would be conducted first time in India in 2011. The 19 public sector banks would only have to conduct interview during any vacancy and can choose the candidates based on their scores in the CWE. Thus, it would save time and money. Also, the candidates can prepare well and grab this opportunity.
