***Not all Karma is personal: impersonal collective karma
Not all karma is personal. There are certain karmic lessons we have to meet that are not directly related to us personally but have more to do with planetary lessons of humanity as a whole. These lessons are called collective karma. Collective karma is impersonal.
Examples of collective karma are wars, famine, droughts, earthquakes, global economic crises, planetary upheavals of any kind.
The proper response to impersonal collective karma is to look at it as an opportunity for Spiritual growth. When humanity as a whole or large numbers of people meet a karmic lesson at the same time, this is actually a blessing in disguise because in such situations massive amounts of karma can be cleared in an instant. So instead of spanning over lifetimes, massive amounts of karma can be dealt with in a very short amount of time, and in that sense collective karma speeds up the awakening of humanity as a whole.
Having this perspective in mind, the Integrated Ascended Master can look at the many challenges that our Spiritual family goes through and see the light behind the lampshade, and the silver lining behind the clouds.
