Providing top care and safe work environments for patients is always a priority at Nurses PRN. Internally we hold ourselves accountable to providing the best practices possible through on-going continued education training and live persons available 24/7 for you to consult with.

There is no question that a proper checks and balances system increases quality within an organization. It is an opportunity to provide controllable measures which guards against errors and omissions. Nurses PRN is no exception, we have appropriate authority figures in place with experience and expertise in the area of healthcare. We take complete responsibility for our work and are confident in our reputation. These internal checks and balances ensure proper execution throughout the company and assure our facilities and patients that we are doing all we can to provide top care and safeguard the work environment. Although we desire to empower our nurses, we believe – as do the facilities we work for – that our processes are in place for the safety of all involved.

In addition to our own checks and balances – we have sought support from The Joint Commission, authorities outside the industry who assist in keeping our performance at the highest level possible.

The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit organization. Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards.

The mission of The Joint Commission is: To continuously improve health care for the public, in collaboration with other stakeholders, by evaluating health care organizations and inspiring them to excel in providing safe and effective care of the highest quality and value.

The Joint Commission accreditation can be earned by many types of health care organizations, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, nursing homes, office-based surgery centers, behavioral health treatment facilities, and providers of home care services. We have achieved the gold seal and maintained our certification since 2008. This puts Nurses PRN amongst the top agencies in the country operating with the well-respected Joint Commission certification.

Benefits of receiving Joint Commission accreditation include:

Helps organize and strengthen patient safety efforts— Patient safety and quality of care issues are at the forefront of Joint Commission standards and initiatives.

Strengthens community confidence in the quality and safety of care, treatment and services— Achieving accreditation makes a strong statement to the community about an organization’s efforts to provide the highest quality services.

Quality remains to be an internal value of Nurses PRN, in conjunction with our Joint Commission certification we will never waiver on the quality care provided by our nurses. You can expect the best – we will settle for nothing less.
