NXEA invests in ticket machines at Norwich

National Express East Anglia (NXEA) has invested £45,000 in installing additional ticket machines at Norwich station. Customers can use the machines to collect pre-paid and Advance booked tickets, and the project seeks to improve customer service and speed up collection times for passengers using the station. Following a successful six-month trial of the first machine, three more have been added to Norwich station. The cost of the lowest price one-way Advance ticket from Norwich to London has recently been frozen at £8. Anita Stuart, National Express East Anglia’s Norwich station manager, said: “We’re pleased to continue to invest in customer facilities at Norwich one of the key regional stations on our network.
