In a few years of experience in the creation, management and educational virtual classroom tutoring, or better known as Virtual Learning Environments, I found a problem common to all: high levels of desertion and absenteeism among students. In a physical classroom in an educational institution, rarely reaches levels that are 10% in the dropout rate in the AVA that figure can be easily overcome, I have made a profound reflection and review of the factors that may affect so dramatic this index and have come to some conclusions. Virtual face represents certain advantages to the educational process, allows the school and the teacher, organize systematically the contents are to be developed, thereby achieving a "replica" of them easily, as a result in many educational institutions is estimated that a teacher can accompany in virtual educational process many more students than in physical reality, which has not been assessed reliably. While the teacher's role changes drastically in virtual environments, the actions of which must appear in person are but at least very different from those that are used to. The teacher should develop more specific skills for the collection of moods and levels of understanding that students have in the virtual environment, which is a new task and a challenge, in most educational institutions in the I have addressed issues of virtual education teachers are not large virtual media experts and have not yet developed these skills, consequently the student perceives the lack of "expertise" of their teachers in virtual media and this creates anxiety, despair and discouragement. Most students drop out of online MBA courses manifested by any of the following reasons. •They find no relationship between the contents and personal projection (not connect theory with reality) •They do not understand the organization of content (probably the sequencing of content does not meet a logic and coherence) •They do not feel very close to the technologies (which is not quite true, but what they reveal)rnSome, more sensible, manifested not have the discipline necessary to deal with activities which do not have a teacher watching them, and some other much more sensible than the others say they do not like, are not attracted because they feel e-learning the proximity of others. Actually all the problems encountered are summarized in two essential Motivational aspects: not performed due process of awareness for the content in virtual environments, students must understand their usefulness in everyday life and his plan of life, just as the contents are presented as blocks or bricks that reinforce the idea of "bored" with the students, so it is also necessary to manage expectations by improving the legibility after bringing off the matter, the human contact becomes a very important factor to work, as the "depersonalization "we suffer generates apathy in students, it is advisable to open spaces and promote action for social interaction. Aspects academic -disciplinary: it is necessary to organize and structure the contents in a clear and simple, making them less dense and allowing students to develop independent learning in terms of deepening of the same concerns. In other words, today does not have the volume or quantity of the learned, but how you defend yourself in life with what you know, how skilled you are using a particular knowledge and how good you are to learn. In short, if you want to address the issue of learning in virtual classrooms it is best to understand very well drawn and strategies for motivation, addressing, and autonomy.
