As our theme on Intent.com this week is defining the meaning of wellness, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for each and every one of us to articulate our own personal definition of what wellness means to us. This is the first important step in changing ourselves for the better. This is why a big part of our site is sharing our intents with other people.
