Online reputation management, or ORM, is a process of continuous study and analyze the human individual, professional, industry or company's reputation, which represents the user-generated content, and all types of online media. Online reputation management online reputation is also known as follow-up.

Online reputation management is a new industry. But it has successfully raised awareness of professionals because of the unpredictable and sometimes overwhelming nature of amateur user-generated content or professional jou
alistic content. This sector is growing due to the large number of social sites user-friendly media, which could easily fill a simple registration form.

ORM can also help to access the site from your competitor `s product or service on the market. You can easily create a list of key phrases that are used to find your product or service on the Internet.

As a business owner occupied, the focus is on making sure you have the best widgets on the market. However, to criticism or negative comments and unjust, will participate in the management of reputation, so that customers know past and future that actually sell the best widgets around.
