A brand with a heart

The visible innocence of the prints and authenticity of texture is the result of hardship the artisans undergo in rural India. We use pure cotton, cotton-silk and linen fabric in a number of Indian traditional hand work like battic, tie and dye, hand block print, kalamkari, ikat etc. Since they are all handmade, every piece of clothing tells a story, having it’s unique personality.

The brand supports around 40 Men and women from marginalized families who are engagedin this projectr
Selectedparticipants are given skill and expertise in making womens’ clothing. They are enrolled in to this project profitably. They are even allowed to work from their homes at their conveniencer
Fabric and other materials required for the project is procured from authentic Desi sources including certified Khadi Institutions across India respecting their traditional intrinsic valuesr
Eventually Soochirang visualizes the benefits of commercial activity flowing on to the people engaged and they becoming self-reliant by way of ownership
