A new study published in Cell Stems has revived an old theory backing study of organ development in a certain manner to understand how breast cancer develops and grows. Researchers are constantly looking for new ways of bringing down number of cases related to breast cancer, and Canadian drugs like generic Letrozole prescribe to the changes made. Human organs develop in the embryo, and the revived theory which was first published in the 1800s supports the view cancer develops in the same way as well.

Researchers based at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in California discovered innovative methods to predict and determine cancer treatment on an individual basis. Genetic signatures are often responsible for growth factors. Scientists discovered stem cells in mice within breast tissue demonstrated similar tendencies found in breast cancer.

Normal growth of tissue is affected when cancer strikes. The genetic composition is disrupted leading to abnormal growth of normal tissue. The human body receives impulses guiding growth of organs within the healthy embryo. Signals depend on instructions received within the body and external factors including environmental changes. Under normal circumstances, development of organs occurs naturally, as stem cells receive correct instructions and change accordingly initiating growth of organ tissue.

Breast tissue is formed in the same fashion from stem cells. As soon as the signaling system is disrupted by cancer, breast cells indicate abnormal growth appearing like stem cells. Julius Cohnheim and Francisco Durante proposed the theory in 1870 finding a connection between cancerous growth in humans and cells that stopped developing normally beyond the embryonic stage.

The current study follows the same process of identifying characteristics shown through genetic signatures within stem cells. It has helped researchers establish a pattern in which characteristics of abnormal cancer cells can be identified accurately and classified to develop effective ways of preventing abnormal growth. Symptoms could be identified leading to earlier cure with Canadian drugs. Age-related cancer can be categorized more effectively.

For the very first time, scientists were able to determine the exact manner in which signals were able to initiate stem cells in the fetal breast. The cells were surprisingly found just before birth indicating cells needed a definite developmental state or atmosphere before turning into stem cells. Researchers found an abundant supply of stem-like cells in the breast of mice to be able to isolate them according to genetic behavior.

Signatures identifying growth pattern in mice were similar to cancerous growth patterns found in the human breast. It was particularly so in specific cases of cancer like triple-negative subtype aggressive breast cancer. Designing therapy according to a precise signature pattern established through stem cell research will now be possible.

People buy Femara and other generic Canadian drugs to effectively treat metastatic breast cancer. Therapeutic treatment plans can now use these drugs to treat definite stages of breast cancer. A definite landscape is needed before normal cells in the breast turn into stem cells. Further research using human breast tissue may be needed to establish connection between cancerous growth and genetic signature, but the link is now established and will help physicians treat patients based on unique parameters found in individuals.
