“Organic Cranberry, Cornbread, and Kale Stuffing”
“Full of Lots of Antioxidants, Vitamin C, and Vital Nutrients”
Here is a great vegan side dish that’s so very tasty that people love it. And it’s slightly sweet and has all the goodness of kale and cornbread. And will stick to person’s ribs and keep them going all day long. Along with a nice salad, this is a full spectrum food with lots of nutrients.
First Make the Cornbread
Cornbread Ingredients:
2 – Cups of Organic Yellow Cornmeal
1 – Cups of Organic Gluten Free Flour
2 – Teaspoons of Organic Baking Powder
8 – Tablespoons of Organic Honey or Agave Nectar
2 – Teaspoons of Organic White Vinegar
2 - Organic Bananas Mashed
2 – Cups of Filtered Water
And a Dash of Salt
Take a large mixing bowl and add all the ingredients together and mix well. Then pour into a 9 x 9 x 3 baking pan. And place the pan in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35 minutes or until the top becomes nice and brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and crumble the cornbread
Later Add These Ingredients
3- Cups of Dried Organic Cranberries - no sugar added cranberries if possible
8 - Cups of Organic Kale Chopped
6 - Cloves of Organic Garlic Minced
2 - Teaspoons of Organic Olive Oil to Sauté the Garlic and Kale - if needed add a little bit of water to the pan to help wilt the kale.
The Crumbled Cornbread— You Made Ahead of Time
Also, add a little extra agave nectar added later to make the stuffing the desired sweetness.
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Sauté the garlic and then add the kale and wilt until nice and soft, then add the cranberries and cornbread and mix well. Add a little bit more agave nectar or even some stevia to make the dish meet the desired sweetness you like. Mix well and there you have it— a great tasting cornbread stuffing.
Serves 15 people
