That means we need to create a more proactive gut environment for growing good bacteria.

Black beans also help the cardiovascular system with soluble fiber to lower cholesterol, and anti-inflammatory agents that help to prevent inflammation in veins and arteries thus preventing heart attacks. Black beans also helps to lower blood sugar and that’s great news for diabetics. Black beans contain proteins and fiber that stabilize blood sugar.

This wonderful bean also contains lots of B – Vitamins that nourish the nervous system and thus improves mood and boosts vitality. When it comes to cancer prevention black beans contains 8 wonderful flavonoids such as kaempferol, nalvidin, delphinidin, quercetin, and petunidin, that help to prevent colon cancer and other types of prevalent cancers. Studies show that eating black beans prevents cancerous growths in the colon.

Black beans contains molybdenum which is important for healing impotence in men and for detoxing the body. Plus black beans also contains iron and copper for preventing anemia.
