Drinking parley juice is highly recommended at the first onset of UT infections, just like cranberry juice. But unlike cranberries parsley is also alkaline and helps to prevent inflammation. Parsley contains apiole which helps to provide estrogen which regulates monthly periods. Parsley has been used for ages for soothing way indigestion, heartburn, and stomachaches. Parsley is alkaline and thus increases your Ph just enough to prevent inflammatory disease.

A study was done showing that parsley contains myristicin and apigenin which help to increase a liver enzyme that detoxes the body, also apigenin helps to increase the effectiveness of some cancer treatments.
