The process starts with an idea where the management sees an opportunity of improving how the operations work. Then the development of the idea is initiated to lay down the steps of how the procedures will be carried out. After everything is set what follows is the testing, and this is one of the vital steps before the changeover. After that the implementation is started, the management gets assured that the new system will be operational without hitches. How the whole process is handled will determine the outcome, and so its designers should always have that positivity that what they are working on is for the betterment of the processes. Let All the Stakeholders Be Involved For any development that is required to be implemented in an organization, all the staff members and everybody that it will affect in the organisation should be alerted. This will also include the clients who are an integral part of the organization. They will also be more willing to provide positive and helpful information. There should be a dialogue where everyone is allowed to ask questions and participate in the design as a whole. This involvement produces a lot of support for the change. Its effect is to minimize confusion and lack of understanding, which delays the changeover. Balanced Change Is Not an Exception In organisational development, old policies should be set aside and all levels of an organisation set to follow the new guidelines. Imbalanced changes will destabilize the operations of an organisation. The relationship among all the stakeholders including suppliers, clients, staff members and the management team should be set in a way that communication flows smoothly. When all is set accordingly, operations will be faster and easier to perform.
