Organizational leadership styles differ according to various situations and circumstances. No-one is a born leader; one has to adopt certain qualities to maintain the effectiveness of the leadership. The main criterion is change. Being flexible according to the need of a situation always keeps one moving or else one has to perish. Organizational leadership programs trains individuals to incorporate these styles and achieve best results. In any organization, leaders are hired to run a company effectively. It takes certain qualities to make a good leader and these qualities are always acquired with proper learning methods. The qualities that are required to make a good leader can differ in various organizations, according to different atmospheres and situations. The perception of a good leadership depends on the values and ethics of a company and the practices followed by the historical beliefs that shapes the organization’s culture. To have an effective organization leadership in any organization and institution, a leader always required being adaptive, required changing and adopting things according to the style that is most appropriate for circumstances. There are times when executive leadership style is more effective than participative leadership in achieving certain ends, performance, fidelity and confidence. Sometimes, one has hurdles as well in the path of a preferred style of a leadership, especially when the demand of the context does not really correspond. An effective Organizational leadership is considered as finding a proper balance in adopting and implementing the balance, otherwise it may also backfire in certain bizarre situations. Inconsiderate organizational leadership can end up in poor performance of the organization, which often results from adherence to age old beliefs and procedures and lack of flexibility. These qualities do not make a good leader. Leaders in finding this balance can often feel stressed and suffer from various mental anxieties if they continue to suppress their own preferences for a prolonged period, for the sake of performance. rnHere, comes the role of an effective organizational leadership program. These leadership programs equip the professionals in adopting certain styles and turn them into perfect leaders who can manipulate, sustain in times of stress and acquire infinite flexibility to use the appropriate style for a required situation. All these qualities are required to maintain a fulfilling leadership. rnOrganizational leadership program prepare individuals seeking to get a better leadership role, to combat with difficult situations and find required solutions. It helps firstly, in choosing the apt methods of leadership that corresponds to the individuals’ preference and demands of the context. Individuals’ strategies often with changing the environment result into providing better solutions. For example, a leader who is poorly performing in an accountancy environment may be a good leader in a sales or marketing environment. rnHence, firstly, there are certain specific qualities which are expected from a leader and secondly, some qualities are acquired those are context dependent and could be learned.
