MIKE’S PAIN POINT

Mike’s brand identity didn’t quite match the quality of service he was delivering which created a subconscious disconnect in the minds of his target audience.

Mike was losing potential sales due to his outdated look. A brand’s identity has 3 seconds to make a lasting impression before that person makes the determination whether or not that business is credible and trustworthy. Mike’s brand identity needed some major surgery so he called The Brand Doctor and got some help.
THE BRAND DOCTOR’S STRATEGY

During the Discovery/Diagnosis Phase of the Brand Excelerator program, Henry and his team began diving deep into the psyche of Mike’s ideal client and was able to find some interesting data.

Henry helped Mike develop a customer journey that was tailored to his ideal client. However, there was major reconstructive surgery that needed to be done on the brand before moving forward.

Henry’s strategy was to rebrand Mike as the “Authority Positioning Coach” which clarified exactly the value that Mike delivered with his business. Henry also wanted to help Mike streamline the client experience which resulted to happier clients.
