What is in our food that damages our healthy lifestyle makes us sick and gives us loss of energy - increase of pain, headache, migraines, increasing weight, joint pain, arthritis, skin disorders - our health is slowly vanishing. There are many things being put in our food just to extend shelf life, there are now test's being made on tomatoes to extend shelf life. Imported garlic is fumigated with methyl bromide to kill bugs and plant matter, bleached with chlorine to look white, treated with growth retardant to stop sprouting and cold stored for up to a year. This is not doing our health any good. Use LOCALLY GROWN ONLY. For instance, a variety of common food dyes, and the preservative Sodium Benzoate - found in many soft drinks, fruit juices and salad dressings, this can cause some children to become hyperactive and distracted. For staying or becoming healthy there are certain things to look out for, and only than we can look for good quality food supplements to get our health back. Some supplements in discount stores are made from cheap synthetic isolates, there are people gorge themselves on synthetic vitamins, unknowing to them the harm they can do. Use good quality proven products only, anything else is waste of time and money. There is another big food and health issue, GMO - Genetically Modified Organisms: GM can damage liver and kidneys, meat raised on GM feed is different, roundup could cause birth defects, genetically modified soy linked to sterility. Check out what you are using, change to a non GMO diet: People having changed diets have described chronic symptoms that quickly improved or disappeared. Such as skin condition, irritable bowl, migraines, weight problems, fatigue and lots more. Eliminate processed foods and / or specific food categories. On the animal side of it these were veterinarians and farmers who had taken livestock - pigs, and cows of GMO feed. What happened? Death rates dropped, still born rates were down, litter size was up, and overall health improved. One farmer was ecstatic about the huge increase in milk production in his herd. Is pure food slowly killing us and no longer healthy? We know the food choices of most adults and children are incredibly poor, how can you possibly expect a food supplement can have a big or even any effect to better health without eliminating the likes of GMOs and other nasty ones first. Therefore become an avid reader of the small print on food labels, this is a must at least to eliminate some or most of the bad additives in the food we purchase, and this will have immediate effect on your health. All this had to be clarified before we go any further in improving our health with any good food supplements, and there are only a few of them on the market that will restore in time your health back to normal.
