I recently came across this well writte
LinkedIn post, “Must read article on how our lives will change dramatically in 20 years” <https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/must-read-article-how-our-lives-change-dramatically-20-delahunty> that is extremely fascinating. It is actually based on a Facebook post by Udo Gollub <https://www.facebook.com/udo.gollub/posts/10207978845381135?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_detail_base%3BiBy7ePZbSAGupRud4ZVF5Q%3D%3D> who went April 2016 to the SingularityU Germany Summit in Berlin. Singularity University faculty members and leading experts from the global high-tech community presented the latest trends and cutting-edge developments in Mobility, Organization, Artificial Intelligence, Computing, Robotics, 3D Printing, Machine Learning, and Bioscience. CEOs to young innovators from across the globe attended the event.

Together they explored issues such as:

-How can technological evolution be transformed into a sustainable and value-based growth for any industry? -What ethical standards and responsibilities do global leaders have to account for? -What is the future of Artificial Intelligence?

The “in 20 Years” projection shared in 2016 means we are looking at 2036. One can already see evidence that we are moving in this direction. And more importantly, what areas could be opportunities for you and your business?

Technology will advance for sure and we can capitalize on it and enhance our lives and businesses accordingly.

Will IBM Watson advance health, safety, and quality of life? From measuring irrigation at the winery, knowing airplane maintenance needs to running genomic profiles for patients in rural settings, Watson seems to know it all.

You Will Always Be You

Keeping up with the technology advances the development of our human skills is crucial. We need passionate, value-based leadership, healthy relationships at home and at work and most importantly, the ability to take the time to do what matters to you at home and at work. Living authentically, knowing your strengths, values, passions, and priorities will always lead you to happiness and success.

With ongoing advances on the horizon, look for opportunities and embrace them.

When fear about the unknown creeps up, reflect and go inwards. Take the time to find out what matters most to you and take actions accordingly. You will always be you, with and without technological advances.
