This is our salute to Castors. You know those little wheels that are mounted on everything but your in-laws for easy movement. It is very difficult to get through an entire day and not see castor wheels in use. These wheels have made our lives so much more pleasant because we no longer have to carry items or try to move heavy items by muscle alone. Castor wheels have helped to eliminate sore backs and muscles all over the world. This may be a small invention in some eyes, but to those who depend on these amazing little wheels to move things in their world, it is one of the greatest of all times. Let's take this opportunity to talk about some of the places you might visit in your day and find the castor hard at work.

When is the last time you stopped by your neighborhood cafe and grill for breakfast on the way to work? Well, in case you didn't notice castor wheels are hard at work there. The bus boy or waitress pushes a bus cart to bus the tables. In the kitchen the grill, prep table, reaches in coolers and freezers are all on Castors. Many of the storage racks in the back are on these tough little wheels as well. The castor is durable and each is made to withstand a particular amount of weight.

Do you stop by at a pharmacy on the way to work or at some point in your day? Many of today's discount pharmacies on mini stores that have shopping carts equipped with castor wheels. They also have display racks and storage racks that are on them. In the pharmacy itself there is often a cart that can be used to push medicine from area to area for stocking. Many pharmacies have a dolly of some sort that is used to carry in boxes of medicine and supplies.

What about when you get to work? Let's say you work in a warehouse. Warehouses are full of items equipped with castors from maintenance carts and hand trucks to supply carts and pallet jacks. Many of the large machines are often mounted on castor wheels for ease of movement as well. You can also find parts racks and dollies in the warehouse too that have wheels that make the job easier and more proficient.

If you stop by your neighborhood garage for an oil change you will also find castors hard at work. Have you ever seen the big tool chests they have in auto centers? They are huge and that is why they have castor wheels so that they can easily be moved from vehicle to vehicle. For the people all around the world whose life has been made easier by castor wheels we offer our sincere salute for a job well done.
