Fear keeps us from truly being who we are, we let our fears stand in the way of fully embracing our inner being. The time has come to learn how to move past our fears in order that we may shine as the being we are meant to be. Most of us learned early on in life how not to be ourselves. We let all the shoulds get in the way. I should be more responsible, I should be smarter, I should be quieter, I should be thinner, I should be richer, I should be more patient, I should be kinder and the list goes on and on and on. The first clue is when you hear the word should spoken aloud or in your head. It is the clue that you are not being who you were meant to be.
Our fear is that the person we were meant to be, may not be loved, may not be liked, may not be approved of or may not get good grades. Trust me it really doesn't matter, if there is one thing I have learned in my life, it is how silly all of my previous conce
s have been. So what if some people don't like me, no big deal, there are lots that do, in fact since I've been being myself more, I find that more people like me. Sometimes now I am not responsible, and truly nothing has really happened, it has just created more freedom for me.
Most people don't understand my lifestyle at the moment, I don't own a home, I don't have money in the bank and I travel spending 6 months in Canada and six in Mexico, I get to enjoy the beautiful weather all year round and see many wonderful things, I am happy. This doesn't mea
I won't own a home later or decide that I need to save money. I know the universe takes care of me, all of my needs are met. Again it has created great freedom for me, I am not tyed into the game we call life.
To begin to overcome your fears, start by taking small steps towards what you are afraid of and see what happens. It will be important to work with your thinking at the same time as what we think we create, so if you think your fears will come true, guess what they will! Instead use a positive affirmation, affirming what it is you want to create. Yes at first this will seem very foreign, it will feel like you are just saying words with no real meaning but keep at it and you will be amazed at what happens.
You are bigger than your fears! Go forth and create the life you desire!

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
