It is not surprising since adolescence can be difficult - for both teens and parents. All biological changes during puberty can make adolescents feel uncomfortable and unsure of themselves. This is specially made for girls when it comes to menstruation. For a teenager to go, getting your first period is a milestone and a biological signal to become a woman. Similarly, this can be confusing and scary, especially if it faces certain problems, such as irregular periods or premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Dysmenhorrhea is very common, especially among youth. Primary dysmenhorrhea when normal menstruation is painful on the stomach is squeezed by the muscles that can affect blood flow to the uterus, causing cramps and pain. Often, the pain ceases after childbirth. dysmenhorrhea secondary is where the pain is caused by periodic reproductive problems such as endometriosis.

Most of these problems do not do much damage, but few can become severe and require medical treatment so it is important to monitor the severity of these problems. Another problem is the absence of periods for this is mainly caused by hormonal or structural imbalances. Weight loss, stress, ovarian cysts are among the other factors that may cause an absence of periods.
