The use and exchange of the fractional owners have a few different management systems. There is week system for each ownerships. The management usually assign owners specific weeks each year. Floating week is the second option, where owners try to make a reservation for a desired week that the manager will identify and allocate for the owner. And one of the best option is the hybrid method which includes fixed and floating strategies. In the world of marketing, their must be a creative thinking that goes beyond.
