The paleo diet has caught on like wildfire and is quickly becoming the talk amongst health enthusiasts. Some people who stay away from dieting, though, may be skeptical about it. However, they would probably fall in love with these four recipes and not even realize that they were Paleo-inspired.

1. Mongolian Beef

You will need a pressure cooker to cook the Mongolian beef and the following ingredients: • One and one-half pounds of regular sliced flank steakrn • One-fourth cups of arrowrootrn • Two tablespoons of olive oilrn • Half a teaspoon of peel and mince gingerrn • Three-fourths of a cup of coconut aminosrn • Three-fourths a cup of waterrn • Three-fourths a cup of honeyrn • Half a cup of grated carrots You should coat your meat slices with arrowroot powder. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and add them to the pot. Then, just place the steak slices over the combined ingredients. Lock the cover in place, and let the meat cook for 35 minutes. If you’re too health-conscious for beef, then you could use bison meat instead as it is less fatty. Just put it out on your propane grill and cook it on low. If propane isn’t something that is easy for you to access due to where you live, just know that you can get propane delivered in Pierce and other cities around the US.

2. BBQ Steak Cauliflower

Admit it, there are times when you get lazy and don't want to do much. These are the times when you can cook steak cauliflower. You will need the following ingredients: • Cauliflower headrn • BBQ saucern • Personal Seasonings Slice the cauliflower into steak-like pieces. Season with your choice of seasonings. Then, cook the pieces on your grill and brush on your favorite BBQ condiment.

3. Dinner Rolls

Sure, some people have dinner rolls with their meals, but most would not associate them with the paleo diet. You will need the following to reintroduce them to your diet: • A cup of tapioca flourrn • One-third of a cup coconut flourrn • One teaspoon sea saltrn • Half a cup of warm waterrn • Half a cup olive oilrn • One large, whisked egg The first thing you want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine your salt and coconut flower. Pour in the water and oil. Then, blend the egg into the mixture. You can add a tablespoon of flour if the mixture is too thin. Make 10 dough balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Now, just wait 35 minutes and enjoy.

4. Chocolate Balls

Everything is better when you have chocolate, right? If you’re someone who holds that as your life mantra, then this is the dessert for you! • Half a cup of ground almondsrn • Half a cup of almond butterrn • Two tablespoons of cricket flourrn • Three ounces of dark chocolate Mix the ground almonds, almond butter, and flour together. Make 16 half-inch balls and put them in the freezer. Melt your chocolate over low heat until smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate and freeze. Eat when the balls are firm, which should be in 10 minutes. Hopefully, you love these four paleo delights. The best part, though, is that you can share them with your friends and get them on a Paleo kick too!
