FREE Paleo Soy Free Breakfast Recipe. Soy Allergy is an auto-immune disease that is triggered by the consumption of soy. Foods not allowed in Paleo Diet: legumes, potatoes, dairy and processed foods. Legume includes navy, kidney, string, black, and pinto beans, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), lentils, carob, licorice, and peanuts. It is commonly thought the peanuts are in the nut family. Peanuts are legumes and not allow in Paleo Diet. The allergy can extend to other foods in the legume family. Soybean allergies and peanut allergies are common allergies.

Soy allergy is most common in infants and young children. Soy is added in some fast food ingredients, in most manufactured food and over 50% of processed food. Medication can contain soy protein check with doctor and read ingredients on label. In all allergies a professional doctor should be consulted for treatment and diet.

Anti Nutrientsr
Legumes wheat, grains, potatoes, beans and peas are excluded from Paleo Diet. Legumes containing soy exclusion from diet excellent diet for those that are soy intolerant. Scramble Eggs, Bacon and Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 4-6 slices of bacon (nitrate free) - 1/2 sliced portabella mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparationr
Fry bacon to taste separately. Separately sauté sliced mushrooms until tender. After mushroom are tender remove. Scramble eggs, sea salt and pepper in olive oil or coconut oil to taste. Remove scrambled eggs. Top scrambled eggs with bacon and sautéed mushrooms.
Serve
