This ultimately allows optimal weight gain for the baby. 2. Provides essential Vitamins and Minerals Paleo diet encourages pregnant women to consume large quantities of fruits and vegetables. As everyone is well aware that fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals, which is essential for baby’s neurological development, healthy skeletal system, and overall development of the baby and to prevent infections.
