People who suffer panic attacks often say they feel out of control once the panic is growing. Christian Nevell Bovee wrote: "Panic is a sudden drop us, and we are the enemy of our imagination." Did not you summarize it? A confident security, suddenly they feel powerless and vulnerable, when the panic occurs. As the career of bodily sensations, the mind leaps of logic and reason to fear fed by wild imagination. The hardest part for most people to get their heads around is why they feel so suddenly without power during a panic attack? The automatic reaction for most of the sensations of a panic attack is to fight it. To turn it off and end as soon as possible. Adaptation techniques, such as deep breathing and distraction are at best moderately effective. When these techniques do not get results, when the person who actually jumps "the enemies of his imagination." It goes something like this: "I used all my skills to cope, but I still feel very anxious, in fact, get worse! "What if it gets worse and no aid can reach me here?" Where people run with this kind of thinking of your imagination will continue to increase fear, control what they feel increasingly vulnerable and abroad. The secret to regain control and return to yourself, learn to respond to distress in an appropriate manner. The solution is to work with bodily sensations and not against them. I'll give you one small example. If you were sitting on a train and started to feel sensations that indicate the beginning of a panic attack, instead of trying to stop the experience to do the opposite. Recognizes that is safe, seal on the feelings and the feelings that can say to scare you worse. If you tell your body sweat to sweat, if your heart is racing, tell it to run faster. Skip to the experience rather than against it. The only real panic starts as soon as the hand on the control of reason and imagination. By moving to a voluntary experience, becomes the decision-making and thus maintain control. If you experience a panic attack will happen on their terms. They have the power, and lead the whole experience not to "the enemy of our imagination." Learn more about panic and anxiety by visit my blog at http://tinyurl.com/7nsvcgj
