One of the hallmark traits of most successful people is that they are never satisfied with the status quo. They always aspire for more and feel they owe it to themselves to reach for the stars. Part of this process involves learning. Successful people are always eager to learn, sometimes even the most trivial of things. What can we learn from this?
Many children have a passion for learning that is founded upon simple curiosity. They want to know how the world works. As we grow up, different types of influences appear. It’s unpopular to be smart or passionate about learning is one common viewpoint that adolescents are exposed to. Another is that one only needs to know what they need to perform a particular job. Knowledge becomes useful only for producing a paycheck.
These types of scenarios may or may not be real familiar to you but they occur all across this country each and every day. The desire to learn and the passion for knowledge has in many cases been replaced by doing just what need to be done to get paid. What a shame this is!
When we trade in our minds and our passion for learning for an unrewarding or unchallenging career, we are unfortunately also trading in a portion of our human spirit. Many successful people today were in the same predicament and realized that a part of their own spirit was missing.
The great thing is that there are countless ways to discover success! By virtue of this, you can pursue any passion or any interest area you like and still reach levels of success that you might not have thought possible before. You just need to first embrace learning what it takes to be successful. Only then will your successful pursuits start bearing fruit.
Success is a learned way of life, not a restricted access type of entity. When you aspire to learn the nuances of success and how your passions can be explored and expressed in productive and profitable ways, the shy is the limit for where you want to go. Just be ready to reclaim what makes your mind great and be ready to learn your way into a better tomorrow!

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
