It leaves you distraught to see a certain amount deducted from your monthly pay. An improper deduction without being justified makes the experience more harrowing. You feel like screaming at the HR Team but hold back fearing accusations of improper conduct. You may write an official mail expressing your displeasure only to have it ignored and draw no response. Concurrently, organizations too have faced many a backlash. Employees have sued them in the past on grounds of unofficial deductions. Many occurrences have lead to litigation and ugly legal squabbles. Both sides, the plaintiff and defendant, have fought tooth and nail justifying their stances. Whenever you are due for a raise, you do not have to go and alert your boss. The computerized system invariably comes to know of the date and adds the raise to your salary. The appraisal software ensures your salary gets credited with the raise added to it from that month onwards. Appraisal software comes handy for an organization having thousands of employees on its payroll. With joining dates and appraisal dates fed into the software at the time of enrollment, the software automatically makes the addition when the date is due. So when the employee awaits his salary for the coming month expecting the raise to come with it, he is not disappointed. Reverting back to the main point, employees need to be aware that in case their salary comes cut they have no right to crib or raise an issue. Their grievances will promptly be turned down. The HR Team will simply hand over to them a statement of the number of hours they managed to record in that month with a mathematical detailing of how their salaries were calculated. It is justified and reasonable.
