Pellet Grill Pot Roast

Set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. rn3. Place the meat on the grilling rack and roast for 1-1/2 hours. rn4. Remove roast from grill and increase temperature to 275℉.rn5. Transfer the meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, wine, rosemary, thyme, chipotle peppers and stock to a large camp oven.rn6.
