In any organization, be it huge, medium or just a start up, its asset depends totally on the workforce management or the human resource management of the company. The most important objective for any human resource department of any organization is to earn the goodwill of the employees on the same hand also should satisfy the top management in the organization by achieving the managerial goals of the organization. It is a two way because this performance appraisal process helps the human resource professionals and top management officials to understand and analyze the human resources of the organization.

The results of this analysis will help in planning the training and development programs for human resources who find it difficult to perform up to the expected standards.
