You probably have seen other people influence their way to getting what they want. Do you want to be like them? Check out this personal development training that I have for you today. I believe you will be shocked at some of the things you will learn here.

Before I continue, I need to mention that these methods should only be used for good. Do not go around manipulating people, because there will be negative consequences. Use these points to better yourself as a person.

Let me start of this personal development training by telling you how important it is to be confident whenever you want to influence others. You cannot afford to be as shaky as the reeds in the wind. If you want something such as a favor from someone, be confident when you ask. Asking sheepishly will in most cases result in an unfavorable answer. In fact, most people will probably interpret that as you not knowing what you really want from them. On the other hand, do not be too domineering when you ask. After all, it is just a favor. People may get the idea that you are trying to control them if your tone is not right. Just be confident in your asking, yet not too assertive as well.

Once you feel that you have developed your confidence, you should also learn to read other people’s minds. No, this does not involve becoming a psychic. You read other people’s minds by looking at their facial expression and body language. By observing a person’s facial expression and body language, you can try to predict if they are in a good mood or not. Asking people for favors when they are not in the best of moods is definitely a bad idea, so by being able to gauge their mood, you can pick the right time to talk to them.

Perhaps we are going to address the most important point in this personal development training. You may not be able to pull off the points mentioned above perfectly all the time. In fact, you may need to work on your confidence and your timing. Hence, it is important that you practice the art of influence. Be patient with yourself, pointing out areas that can be improved. After some time, I believe that you will able to pull it off successfully.

I hope you have benefitted from this personal development training. Do give this a try and let me know how it goes!
