It is a trend among restaurants to use walk-in refrigerators. Pots and pans are also of equal importance. As a matter of fact, they are your primary needs. Stockpots that range from 4 to 25 quart capacities should be included in your kitchen arsenal. It would also help, if you have a wide range of sizes for saut-pans, sauce pans, Dutch ovens, and skillets to accommodate all those types of dishes you will be preparing. You will also need baking sheets and loaf pans. Add spatulas, food weighing scales, cutlery sets, and juicers, peelers, cutting boards, knives, spinners, can openers, graters and zesters and similar tools to your supplies.
