Gourmet, stimulating, soothing or digestive, every moment of the day has its herbal tea. The best known - verbena, chamomile and linden - represent only a tiny part of this plant treasure. Start by sorting in your cupboards, many dry ingredients that you use in the kitchen can make excellent infusions! This is the case of aromatic herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, bay leaf or sage, but also spices, such as cinnamon, ginger and fennel seeds, or even dry cereals - buckwheat, corn, rice whole - and even dehydrated mushrooms. Take a tour of the garden, of course, and collect hibiscus, rosebuds, heather, nettle, borage, rooibos, rose hips, red vine leaves, burdock, ginseng, etc. without reserve. Mushrooms
