Positive Affirmation: Energy Attunement

Not only do we exist within a multi-level field of energy, we are comprised of that same energy. Energy surrounds us -- electrical, magnetic, light, sound, spiritual, quantum ~ each with its own frequency, in-wave and out-wave .. .. .. how can we connect with these energies and enable ourselves to work with them beneficially? We do so by recognition. Today's affirmation will deal with affirming the presence of energy frequencies and attuning ourselves to them in our being and atmosphere. This affirmation performs a quantum attunement by making a circuit from the heart chakra to brow chakra, amplifying your energy in-waves and out-waves. Are you ready? You will "feel" this ~smile~

"I am one with the energy frequencies that surround me. I am attuned to these energy frequencies (touch left hand to chest ~ heart chakra, and right hand to forehead ~ brow chakra) and I visualize them radiating through me in a healing, cleansing, pulsing flow of ambient Life Force, drawing in through my Brow Energy Center and out through my Heart Energy Center, forming a complete circuit."

You may perform this attunement/affirmation every day, or as often as needed, to completely connect yourself to the Universal Life Force. Once you establish this connection, you can move on to utilizing these energy frequencies in all areas of your life. We will present various techniques over the coming weeks.
