***Power and Will Meditation with God and the Ascended Masters

- Assume a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting up. Just be sure your spine is straight and your legs uncrossed.

  • Take a few deep breaths, relaxing your whole body and releasing all tension.
  • Think either of God or any Ascended Master that you feel especially attuned to and who, in your mind, embodies and exemplifies the energies of will and strength (like, for example, El Morya), and generate all the love in your heart for them, that you can come up with. This helps to create an energetic bond and link with them.
  • Once you have decided on a Master you want to connect and meditate with, call on them either silently or out loud, and ask them to fill your mind, consciousness and body with the energy of power and will. Tell them also that you want this energy to reprogram your subconscious mind with the energies of personal power, will, and strength.
  • Allow yourself to experience this will and power shower as it washes over you and fills your being from the inside out.
  • Focus specifically on your Third Eye, the point midway between your eyebrows.
  • Imagine your Third Eye as your breathing organ, and visualize your Third Eye breathing in and breathing out this divine energy of will and power. Relax into the inbreath and outbreah and the silent still point inbetween.
  • Keep your attention on experiencing the energies of will, power, and strength as they keep flooding your consciousness, subconscious mind, and overall energy field.
  • Merge with the energies of will and power until you, God and/or the Master you have invoked are all blended and united in the energies of divine will.
  • Stay in that powerful place as long as you wish, allowing the energies to penetrate every cell and aspect of your beingness, including your subconscious mind, conscious mind, and inner child.
  • When you feel saturated with divine power and will, thank both God and the Masters for their help and return your attention to the natural flow of your breath.
  • When you are ready, open your eyes and carry this space of divine power and will out into the world, with the knowingness to only use your power in service of unconditional love.
