Power of the Subconscious Mind
Are you aware of the power in your subconscious mind? You might get surprised because of the actions that happen to you. For instance, some days, you don’t get up on time, while other days, you do wake up on time. Why is that? Did you ever ask yourself that question?
Your subconscious mind controls your thoughts and feelings that you accumulated during your life. The subconscious mind is like a computer that has everything you programmed such as photos, music, information among other things. If you program your subconscious mind with negativity such as “I am shy” or “I am stubborn,” that idea will become ingrained in you.
The subconscious mind plays a crucial way in determining how you feel for the day. You are the one that determines if you want to spend your day happy or depressed. I read a story about a respected boss who was respected by people and his employees since he always had a positive response to all questions. One of the people was curious to know the secret behind the positive energy of this boss so he asked him, “how can you be positive all the time?” The boss responded that when he wakes up every morning, he says to myself that he has two options, either he will be in a good mood or a bad mood. He always decides to choose the first option, the positive choice. If something bad happens, there are two interpretations either choose to become a victim or to learn from the situation. Obviously, he chooses the second option without a doubt. In short, life is about choices, why not choose the positive choices instead of the negative ones?
Did you ask yourself why some people stick to negativity and don’t seek to change their lives for the better? It is because they believe that they will not succeed, hence always they believe that they are going to fail.
The subconscious mind has all the information that you accumulated during your childhood. The subconscious mind affects your thoughts and actions. Do you know why sometimes you feel confident and sometimes you lack confidence? It is because of what you programmed your subconscious mind to think and believe.
Learn like the successful people to program your subconscious mind with positive thoughts. Don’t think about things that you don’t want like lack of confidence and poverty. Think of power, confidence, wealth, health, happiness and everything that is positive. Always program your subconscious mind so you can achieve your goals.
