“And Yes— With Practice This Can Be Done”

To see the good in everything, seeing the joy in all things is an art-form… it takes practice.

It’s too easy to see the bad in everything… and many people are doing that right now. This leads to stress, anxiety, fear, sadness, depression, and even thoughts of taking one’s life.

First Thing in the Morning

When you wake up, say, “Thank You God for Another Wonderful Day”. Then look in the mirror and say how much you love the one you see in the mirror. Smile with extreme joy that you are alive… and can enjoy another great day.

At Breakfast

Give thanks to God for your food… and be happy that you have food. And also give thanks for another wonderful day ahead… no matter what happens.

When You Go to Work

On the way to work give thanks to God that you have a job, and that you can make money to support your family. And say, “Today is another great day at work” and mean it with great feeling.

At Work

At work be loving and kind and help everyone as much as possible. And give thanks to God that you have people in your office who care about you… and you care about them.

If Something Happens

When driving home or at other times if you see a car accident pray and give thanks that whoever was in that accident was saved or they went on to be in the light with God in Heaven. Look at everything this way… no matter what happens.

When You Get Home

Just before you open the door say a little prayer, “God I give everything up to you. I leave all the stress of the day outside… and enter my home with love and kindness in my heart”.

As You Get Ready for Bed

When you are just about ready for bed, say a prayer of thanks for all the little things that came your way. Give thanks for your job, your family, and your home and remember to include everything that happened during the day with loving kindness in your heart.

And With Practice You Will See the Good in All Things

Many Blessings to Everyone
