Pay attention to the stress conditions of small feet, thin teeth, long legs, arc surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high aspect ratios, long cantilevers, large arcs, large wall thicknesses, and strange shapes, to avoid defects such as partial or point scale deformation, twisting, and spiraling of profiles. Due to the heat-blocking effect of wool strips, those with high decorative surface requirements must flip up, down, back, and forth more to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the transverse bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and varying crystallinity. Especially for large wide surfaces and thick wall aluminum profiles, attention should be paid to extrusion. During the process of picking, moving, and stretching, it is not allowed to collide, pull, stack, congest, or entangle with each other. A certain interval should be reserved between each other, and aluminum alloy profiles that are prone to twists and turns and discharge lengths should be disposed of in a timely manner.
