Early pregnancy symptoms may vary from one woman to another. Women often think that the most considerable early pregnancy symptom is a missing period. Early symptoms of being pregnant can take place sometimes before a missed period and before conducting a pregnancy test. These pregnancy symptoms are often connected to hCG or “Human Chrorionic Gonadotrophin” which is a pregnancy hormone. Usually, this hormone is undetectable until after you have missed your period. Fatigue comes along with low blood sugar levels and blood pressure. • Increased Urination- During the earliest stage of pregnancy, a woman may feel the urge to urinate often, every two or three hours. This is because the fluids supply in the body tends to increase at the time of pregnancy. Furthermore, hormonal changes keep women to have frequent urination. • Mood Swings- Being irritable before missing a period is also usual for most women. This symptom of pregnancy could stay during the first few weeks. Moreover, if you have PMS, then this sign can be mistaken as one of pregnancy symptoms before missing menstrual period. • Constipation- Constipation is one of the first symptoms of pregnancy before you miss your period which is caused by hormonal fluctuations making intestines to relax. • Bloating- This symptom is caused as well by hormonal changes in the body. You may feel that your waist is getting wider. This may be an early symptom of being pregnant before missing your menstrual period.
