Are you pregnant? I thin you are? Amazed??? How do I know that? Well, if you are not pregnant you might not be reading this article because this article is meant for the pregnant ones. If you are pregnant then I must tell you that you are going through the most wonderful and precious times of your life. You’ll never forget this precious time. Being pregnant, it is your responsibility to visit the Doctor from time to time. Pregnancy is divided into different stages such as first rntrimester, second trimester and third trimester. You should have all the knowledge regarding this. You should be aware of all the symptoms as whenever you feel those symptoms you’ll never get tensed or upset.

As I discussed earlier, you should have the knowledge of it. This article is meant for providing the information which is discussed as follows:

First trimester: This is the stage where you came to know that you are pregnant. The first trimester is supposed to be the most delicate period or time of pregnancy. So, you have to be careful regarding it. At this first trimester stage, your body and hormones experiences many changes which can be confusing. So, don’t take tension and visit rnyour Doctor if there is any problem. If there is something which you are feeling is not right then consult to your Doctor.

Second trimester: This stage is known as the golden stage of pregnancy. This stage begins from 14th week and remains until 28th week. At this stage, a lady goes through back and joint pain. All what you can do for these back and joint pain is exercise. Exercise is something which is supposed to be very good option for overcoming the back and joint pain. Leg cramps is another problem which is faced in this stage. So, you better need to be careful. You’ll get to know all about these things by visiting your Doctor for regular check ups.

Third trimester: The time period of this final stage is from 28th week to 40th week. At this stage, you’ll gain some weight as your baby’s eyes, lungs and brain are in process of development. At this third trimester stage your baby will start recognizing your voice. You will go through severe headaches water retention, swelling of hands and face, etc. It is better to keep in touch with the Doctor especially at this stage.

So, above mentioned were the three stages of pregnancy. First stage is when you got to know that you are pregnant. In second stage, you’ll go through back and joint pain. Third stage is when your body structure goes through a change. At this rnstage, you’ll be audible to your baby. One more thing, don’t forget visiting your Doctor for regular check ups.
