Giving birth to a child is undoubtedly the best pleasure in this world! Ask any women about the most memorable moment in her life, and it has to be the moment when she became a mother! If you are expecting a child soon, then you must have witnessed your body undergoing several changes in the past few months. As a matter of fact, you must have realized till now that the transformation of a girl to a woman is indeed a wonderful experience to cherish evermore. As days and weeks pass by, you will experience that not only your body makes significant changes but the development of your child inside your body is significant enough for you to feel. From morning sickness to nausea, you go through all these phases initially, but momentous changes occur when you become 16 weeks pregnant! A 16 weeks pregnant woman realizes that the uneasy phase of morning sickness gets almost over and she begins to rejoice her pregnancy in the truest sense possible! With glowing skin and hair, all you see is beauty around you. You love the fact that your body is preparing itself to give birth to the child as you feel that the uterus is stretching and expanding. At this point in time, it is highly imperative to take proper nutritional diet to have a smooth sailing pregnancy period ahead! An adequate intake of high calcium foods and dairy products like milk, yoghurt, butter; as well as a good variety of fruits and vegetables should be taken every day. Also, remember that drinking as much water as you can is also essential. At least 8-10 glasses of water should be taken each day to ensure that the body works in an efficient and a healthy manner too. As time progresses and you become 17 weeks pregnant, you will comprehend that your baby has gained some more weight that has made you feel the tiny flutters in your tummy. You might also feel a little difficult to hold on to your gravity, so for that matter you have to be really cautious with your steps and can also go for low-heeled shoes to maintain the balance of your growing body. You would find yourself gaining more weight steadily, but putting on weight is not something that should bother you much as your body is just preparing itself to secure the child inside your tummy for the forthcoming weeks of your pregnancy. During this time as well, it is extremely important to have a healthy diet so as to carry on with the pregnancy period easily. Proper food and liquid intake is an indispensable part of pregnancy which you should take care about, without any hitches! So, relish this time as much as you can while you prepare your body for the baby that will call you ‘Mom’ in a few months from now!
